Where do you deliver?
We have nationwide delivery services within Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. We delivery any point in Metro Manila and nearby key provinces: Tarlac, Pampanga, La Union, Bulacan, Rizal, Cavite, Laguna, Batangas and Bicol Area. In Visayas, we deliver in key cities of Calbayog, Tacloban, Leyte, Bacolod, Cebu and Iloilo. While in Mindanao area, we deliver in the key cities of Gensan, Zamboanga, Cagayan de Oro.

Do you provide packaging for shipping?
You may avail our pouches and boxes at our hubs for your shipment.

Do you accept cargoes with own packaging?
Yes, we accept cargoes with own packaging as long as it follows our standard packaging requirement to ensure safety of your commodity.

Do you accept food deliveries?
We only accept dry goods and hence frozen and wet product deliveries are not yet available. Non-perishable food items such as grocery products that have long shelf life are acceptable as long as it follows standard packaging protocol.

Do you have cargo insurance for parcel and cargo?
Yes, we provide insurance coverage for shipment that avail our insurance coverage services for their shipment. Standard fee is 3% of their total declared value and hence coverage is based on the declaration made on the shipment.

What is your available payment mode?
We accept cash payment on our hubs. We also have our online bank transfer including Gcash and Paymaya. We also accept Cash-On Delivery services for shipment upon arrival on the hub destination.
